Penk Valley Academy Trust – Learning Mentor (Permanent)
We are seeking to appoint inspirational and passionate Learning Mentors on a permanent basis following the success of current post holders, who have recently secured promotions within the school.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for:
- Experienced Learning Support Assistants
- Teaching Assistants
- Recent graduates
- Individuals with experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, attachment needs, and dyslexia

About the Role
The successful candidate will support and develop students with SEND by:
- Helping them achieve their full potential
- Providing targeted small-group and one-to-one support
- Ensuring progression both in and outside the classroom

Working Hours & Remuneration
Applications are welcomed for full-time or part-time hours. Salary ranges will depend on terms. The advertised role operates on a 37-hour weekly contract (term time plus 6 days).
