Learning Operations & Insights Coordinator
At Doubtless Pet Insurance Partnerships, we believe that great people create great customer experiences. That's why we're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Learning Operations & Insights Coordinator to join our Talent & Culture team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on combining learning technology, data insights, and operational excellence to support the growth and development of colleagues across the UK and Europe.
We're looking for someone who not only understands learning administration but who genuinely believes in the power of learning and development to help people reach their potential.
Package: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on suitability, with 25 holiday days (plus your birthday off), pension, wellbeing support, and pet insurance discount.
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Location: We are flexible on the location for this role, it can be based fully remote in the UK, hybrid, or based within our office
About The Role
As our Learning Operations & Insights Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our learning programmes run seamlessly from end to end.
You'll be the go-to expert for our Cornerstone Learning Management System, supporting the administration, optimisation, and reporting of learning activity across the business. Working closely with Learning & Development and the wider Talent team, you'll help ensure colleagues have access to engaging, compliant, and impactful learning experiences.
Alongside managing learning operations, you'll be responsible for producing meaningful learning insights and reporting that help drive business decisions, identify trends, and improve learning outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Learning Operations
- Coordinate virtual and face-to-face learning events and programmes.
- Manage learning schedules, communications, attendance tracking, and administration.
- Support onboarding and mandatory learning activity across the business.
- Ensure learning records and compliance data remain accurate and audit-ready.
- Provide responsive support for learning queries and stakeholder requests.
Cornerstone LMS Expertise
A significant part of this role will involve owning and maintaining the Cornerstone LMS.
You'll need extensive experience administering Cornerstone, including:
- User management and data maintenance
- Curriculum and learning assignment management
- Content uploads and catalogue administration
- Automated communications and notifications
- Compliance tracking and reporting
- Learning programme setup and optimisation

We're looking for someone who can confidently navigate Cornerstone, identify opportunities to improve system utilisation, and ensure a seamless learner experience.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
You'll own the production and analysis of learning data, transforming information into meaningful insights that drive action.
Using Advanced Excel and Power BI, you'll:
- Produce learning and compliance reports
- Monitor training completion rates and mandatory learning activity
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Create dashboards and visualisations for stakeholders
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions
- Continuously improve the quality and accessibility of learning MI
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data and can confidently turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience administering Cornerstone LMS with confidence and accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Experience creating and maintaining reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and present meaningful insights
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Experience working within a learning, talent, HR, or people-focused environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
