- Mobile – Regular travel across company sites (Retail Shops, Bakery, Offices)

- Salary: Circa £35,000 (subject to experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Work with managers to identify capability gaps and development needs
- Design practical learning materials, guides, and digital content
- Deliver engaging training (workshops, leadership sessions, coaching support)
- Support managers in enhancing team confidence, capability, and performance
- Design blended learning solutions via face-to-face, virtual, and digital formats
- Reinforce learning through follow-up coaching, observations, and hands-on support
- Embed structured learning in operational environments
- Observe competence and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor learning impact and evaluate effectiveness
- Support training for new shop openings and business initiatives
- Promote best practice across Retail, Bakery, Office, and People functions

Requirements & Skills
Essential:
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching, or People Development
- Strong facilitation/coaching skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders positively
- Digital literacy: competence in learning tools/platforms
- Passion for people development and unlocking success
Desirable:
- Experience supporting operational teams (retail, hospitality, production)
- Background in designing engaging learning solutions
Eligibility:
- Must hold a full UK driving licence (travel requirement)
