Learning Partner Support Officer (12-month fixed term)

We are seeking a Learning Partner Support Officer to join our vibrant, dynamic team in supporting global learners with our worldwide range of services.

What you will be doing:

  • Communicating with customers, responding to product and service inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Managing Learning Partner records for selected roles, including:
    • Ensuring access to the NEBOSH Course Provider Interface (CPI)
  • Processing payments and refunds, such as enrolments, de-registrations, and exam cancellations
  • Handling reasonable adjustment requests for learners
  • Facilitating learner transfer requests between courses or services
  • Processing examination requests accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and monitoring the examination schedule planner, ensuring timely examination progression
  • Verifying data input before submission to third-party suppliers
  • Confirming exam records against the public timetable
  • Registering learners when their Learning Partner cannot
  • Tracking receipt of examination packs and preparing digital backups for venues lacking supply
  • Maintaining pre-assessment documentation for seamless inter-team assessment workflows

About You:

Ideally, you’ll have industry experience in:

  • Processing high-volume data with absolute accuracy
  • Supporting customers via social media, web chat, email, and telephone
  • Building trust and maintaining strong relationships through digital and verbal channels
  • Operating independently while meeting tight deadlines
  • Adapting fluidly to change within a fast-paced workload
  • Mastering core software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary & Hours:

  • £28,497.60 per annum
  • Standard working hours are 37.5 (9:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday)
