Learning Product Administrator – LMS / D2L Brightspace / Adobe Connect
Outstanding temporary opportunity to join a leading not for profit organisation committed to improving leadership and governance. We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Learning Product Administrator to support the smooth delivery of digital learning across Brightspace and Adobe Connect.
The Role:
You’ll manage day-to-day learning operations, maintain course content, support virtual delivery, and ensure data accuracy across LMS and CRM systems. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in accuracy and great service.

- Enrol learners and course leaders
- Set up automated communications
- Track attendance, awards, and certificates
- Support course leader schedules and materials
Content & Quality:
- Create and maintain Brightspace course instances
- Build/update modules, quizzes, and content pages
- Support content imports, updates, and QA
- Assist with exam resource creation and Adobe Connect setup
Operational Support:
- Act as first-line support for course queries
- Manage LMS inbox responses
- Ensure CRM–LMS data accuracy
- Provide general admin and project support
Required Experience
- A degree (any discipline) with 1-2 years commercial experience in a customer facing support or administration role, ideally associated with training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence working with LMS systems (ideally Brightspace), CRM systems, data and databases
- Experience in membership, charity or not for profit organisations
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive, professional attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning

Contract Details
- Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 pro rata
- Contract: 6-month engagement, potential to go permanent
- Hours: 35 per week (Mon–Fri)
- Location: 95% remote, occasional Central London visits
