Learning Programme Manager
Learning Programme Manager
Location: Remote Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs) Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Product & Operations, this role will lead the coordination, launch, and operational delivery of Avado’s new learning products, including CPD courses, bootcamps, community-led propositions, and professional education programmes.
You will work across Product, Operations, Learning Design, SMEs, Sales, Marketing, and Tech to turn product ideas into high-quality, commercially viable learning experiences that launch efficiently and scale successfully.
This is not a software product owner or technical build role. We’re looking for someone with strong programme delivery, stakeholder coordination, and launch management experience, specifically in online learning, professional education, or training environments.
Ideal Candidate Background
The ideal candidate will come from experience in:
- Online learning or edtech
- CPD (Continue Professional Development), professional education
- Corporate training or bootcamps
- Membership bodies or awarding organisations
- Learning operations or programme delivery

Key Responsibilities
Learning Programme Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of new learning products from concept through to launch and post-launch optimisation
- Manage programme timelines, dependencies, launch plans, and operational readiness activities
- Ensure learning products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with commercial and learner experience goals
- Create structure and momentum across multiple concurrent projects and launches
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Operations, Learning Design, Marketing, Sales, Student Support, and external partners
Product Launch & Operational Readiness
- Lead launch logistics for new CPD courses, bootcamps, and community propositions
- Coordinate operational setup across LMS platforms, learner communications, enrolment processes, reporting, and support readiness
- Ensure internal teams are fully prepared for successful programme launches
- Manage launch checklists, risk tracking, and stakeholder updates
- Support go-to-market activities in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams

CPD Courses, Bootcamps & Learning Products
- Support the development and launch of online CPD courses and live online bootcamps
- Coordinate SMEs, learning designers, production partners, and operational teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Translate SME input into structured, learner-friendly digital learning journeys
- Ensure consistency in learner experience, programme quality, and operational delivery across all learning propositions
- Support continuous improvement using learner feedback, engagement data, and operational insights
Avado Connect (Community Platform)
- Support the evolution and relaunch of Avado Connect as a scaled community for HR professionals
- Coordinate initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and learner value
- Help shape propositions for learners, alumni, and wider HR audiences
- Monitor engagement and adoption trends and support ongoing improvements
Data, Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Use data insights to identify trends, delivery risks, and optimisation opportunities
- Support leadership reporting through clear, actionable updates and performance analysis
- Work with Data team to improve reporting visibility and decision-making
- Contribute to a culture of evidence-based continuous improvement
AI & Delivery Innovation
- Support the integration of AI-enabled tools and workflows into learning delivery and operations
- Work with internal teams to improve efficiency, learner experience, and scalability
- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes without compromising quality
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a central coordination point across internal teams and external partners
- Build strong relationships with SMEs, facilitators, production partners, and operational teams
- Communicate timelines, risks, dependencies, and priorities clearly to stakeholders
- Support senior leadership with delivery visibility and programme updates
Key Measures of Success (KPIs)
- Successful launch and operational delivery of online CPD products, live online bootcamps, and workshops
- Learner satisfaction and engagement across new products
- On-time and within-budget delivery of launch milestones
- Contribution to learner outcomes, including completion rates and NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Effective coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Improvements in operational efficiency and scalability
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience delivering and coordinating learning programmes, training products, or online education initiatives
- Experience working in online learning, CPD, professional education, bootcamps, membership organisations, or corporate training environments
- Strong track record of managing launches, operational readiness, and cross-functional delivery
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organisational and programme management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning environments
- Commercial awareness and understanding of learner/customer experience
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Desirable
- Experience working with community-led learning or subscription products
- Exposure to AI-enabled learning tools or operational workflows
- Experience coordinating video-based or SME-led learning content production
- Understanding of professional education and qualification-based learning (e.g., CIPD or similar professional bodies)
- Familiarity with learner operations, enrolment processes, or student support environments
