Learning Services Advisor (LSA)

Learning Services Advisor (LSA) – Norwich, Norfolk

Role Overview

At Access Education Group, we empower learners and support educational excellence. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised Learning Services Advisor (LSA) to join our Norwich team and deliver exceptional learner support.

As an LSA, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact, offering vital advice, maintaining learner records, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth operations. Your work will contribute directly to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.


Salary & Contract

  • £26,300 to £28,800 per annum
  • Full-time, Permanent role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, timely advice to learners and staff on courses, support services, and enrolment procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate learner records, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Liaise with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Support creation and distribution of learning resources as required.
  • Assist with organising events, workshops, and assessments to enrich the learner experience.
  • Identify and escalate concerns to senior staff for resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by collecting feedback and proposing service enhancements.
  • Stay current with education policies, funding guidelines, and sector developments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferred: Educational or teaching sector experience in customer service or administration roles.
  • Must-have:
    • Exceptional ** written and verbal communication** skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
    • Strong organisation and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learner management systems.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Advantageous:
    • Basic knowledge of data protection legislation and safeguarding.
    • Genuine passion for education, particularly supporting diverse learners.
