Learning Solutions Architect

As a Learning Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in designing and shaping end-to-end learning solutions for clients. Working closely with sales, account management and delivery teams, you will translate client needs into practical, outcome-focused solutions that are commercially viable and ready for delivery. This role is central to supporting bids, pre-sales activity and complex opportunities.

Job Description

This role is home-based, however there will be the requirement to travel for client meetings – these could be based anywhere in the UK.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with business development and account teams to shape opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award
  • Lead the design of solutions for bids, proposals and complex sales opportunities
  • Translate client requirements into clear, outcome-focused solution designs across services, delivery models and commercial elements
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and teams to develop solutions that meet client and organisational outcomes
  • Assure the quality, accuracy and completeness of solution design, ensuring alignment with governance, risk and commercial expectations
  • Represent the organisation externally as a subject matter expert, contributing to industry forums and sharing insight to strengthen propositions

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Proven experience in learning solution architecture or complex solution design within learning or managed services environments
  • Experience shaping complex deals involving technology ecosystems across public and private sector clients
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into commercially viable solutions
  • Working knowledge of data flows and data infrastructure to support secure, end-to-end solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience working with pricing, costing and risk models
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex solutions clearly

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
