Help build the future of learning at MPB

This role is all about leveraging automation, AI, and system integrations to create a scalable, data-driven learning ecosystem. You’ll work across tools and platforms to streamline workflows, personalise the learning experience, and generate insights that directly shape how we develop our people.

As our Learning Specialist, you’ll own the end-to-end learning infrastructure - optimising our LMS, managing learning data, and coordinating seamless programmes at scale. You’ll combine operational excellence with a systems mindset, ensuring learning is efficient, measurable, and continuously improving, while driving real capability across the business.

What you will be doing

🚀 Be Excited: As an ambassador for Learning and Development

  • Build automated, scalable L&D workflows using AI and emerging tech
  • Evolve the LMS into a personalised, future-ready learning experience

💻 Be Organised: With effective coordination, planning, and evaluation

  • Own end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, including planning and logistics
  • Partner with stakeholders to maximise impact and optimise budget

🤝 Be the Go-to: By providing L&D guidance and support

  • Act as the first point of contact for L&D queries and support
  • Maintain accurate LMS data and ensure a smooth learner experience

🌱 Be Productive: By supporting content curation and creation

  • Build role-based learning pathways and support content creation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver relevant, high-quality learning

  • Create dashboards and reporting to track learning impact and drive improvements
  • Integrate systems and streamline processes to enhance efficiency

  • Facilitate engaging learning sessions that drive development and behaviour change
  • Contribute to talent strategy by challenging thinking and offering new perspectives

What we are looking for

  • Experience building automated workflows using system integrations (APIs, data flows)
  • Experience optimising LMS platforms for user experience and personalisation
  • Hands-on use of AI tools (LLMs) in a business context
  • Experience in effective learning operations (coordination, administration)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in dashboard creation and utilising reporting tools to create business insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable handling confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
  • Experience facilitating learning interventions

Desirable

  • Experience with multiple learning systems and awareness of emerging technology in the wider people space
  • Basic scripting and use of no/low code software platforms
  • Digital learning design capability, including e-learning and playbooks
  • Basic content creation skills, including presentations, guides or e-learning support
