We're looking for a Learning Support Administration Apprentice to join our Inclusive Learning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Term Time Only (TTO) - 42 weeks per annum.
As part of our Learning Support team, you'll develop a broad range of administrative skills while helping to ensure learners with additional needs receive the support they need to thrive. What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to the Learning Support department.
- Provide administrative support for learners with SEND and those accessing Learning Support services.
- Assist with the administration of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and associated statutory processes.
- Maintain accurate digital records and support data entry for funding, reporting and audit requirements.
- Help coordinate meetings by arranging rooms and supporting communication with parents, carers, staff and external agencies.
- Monitor and manage the Learning Support inbox, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Support daily communications with students and parents/carers.
- Order stationery and maintain office supplies.
- Work closely with the Learning Support Administrator and Funding & Compliance Officer to ensure the smooth running of the department.

What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or a willingness to achieve these as part of the apprenticeship.
- Good ICT skills, including Microsoft Office, or a willingness to develop these further.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
- Flexibility to work across College campuses when required.
