Portslade Aldridge Community Academy (PACA) is part of Aldridge Education, a multi-academy trust committed to raising aspirations and transforming lives through education. Locally, this includes Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) and Aldridge Adult Learning.

About The Role

Learning Support Apprentice Wanted
Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives?
Do you want to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification?
We're looking for a Learning Support Apprentice to join our dynamic and supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students with their learning in class and in small group
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Gaining practical experience while studying a Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification
What We're Looking For
- A passion for helping others
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (or working towards them)
