- Support pupils in lessons as a Learning Support Assistant
- Provide targeted support in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Assist with classroom management and organisation
- Encourage pupil participation and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and support staff as a Learning Support Assistant
Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with children
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive and patient attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Commitment to making a difference as a Learning Support Assistant
