Learning Support Assistant

Make a Meaningful Impact Behind the Scenes at Capital City College

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.


About The Role

  • Basis: Part-time, term-time only, permanent
    • Hours: 40 weeks per year

You will:

  • Support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and behavioural difficulties) across campuses
  • Differentiate and facilitate learning according to individual needs
  • Work with small groups, 1:1, and as floating support

About You

We’re seeking a reliable, motivated individual who excels in delivering exceptional service. You should possess:

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence in working with systems and processes, backed by strong tracking and IT skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience supporting learners aged 14+ with learning or behavioural difficulties/disabilities
