Role Overview: Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The Learning Support Assistant will play a key role in helping pupils stay engaged and achieve their learning goals within this Waltham Forest school.

Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant
- Provide 1:1 and small group support as a Learning Support Assistant
- Assist with classroom activities and lesson delivery
