Learning Support Assistant Waltham Forest GBP85.50 : GBP110 per day September 2026 Start

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Waltham Forest for a September 2026 start. Role Overview: Learning Support Assistant

Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support as a Learning Support Assistant
  • Assist with classroom activities and lesson delivery
  • Support pupils with varying learning needs
  • Help maintain a positive and structured environment as a Learning Support Assistant
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams

Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant

  • Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and supportive approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Passion for supporting pupils as a Learning Support Assistant
