The journey doesn't end at 18. At this school, we support autistic adults (18+) as they navigate the transition into adulthood, focusing on wellbeing, vocational skills, and community engagement.
The Role
As an LSA, you are a mentor and a guide. You'll support our learners in our specialist centre and out in the community: helping them manage daily tasks, access work placements, and build the confidence to live as independently as possible.

Who We're Looking For
You are calm under pressure, empathetic, and a great communicator. You don't need a lot of experience in SEN, but you do need a genuine desire to help adults with autism live fulfilling lives.
