Flexzo Teach | Learning Support Assistant

Flexzo Teach connects passionate classroom support staff with local educational settings for short-term, long-term, and permanent roles. We are currently growing our local talent pool in Elham, Kent, and are looking for dedicated, hands-on Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to make a real difference in the classroom.

What you need

  • Proven experience supporting diverse learning needs, including pupils with SEND (e.g., ASD, dyslexia, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties). All applicants must have prior SEN experience.
  • Strong experience assisting with the delivery of targeted interventions, group work, or one-to-one support (primarily focusing on foundational English/Phonics and Mathematics).
  • A good understanding of primary school routines, the National Curriculum, and how to effectively implement tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
  • A valid right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one). You must be able to commute to Elham and travel to our Kent operating area for your initial interview.
