Location: Everest Community Academy, Basingstoke (part of Bourne Education Trust) Contract: Term-time only, permanent Start Date: ASAP Salary: £16,572–£17,268 (pro-rata £25,186–£26,244 FTE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teaching provision, directly under the supervision of a responsible teacher, ensuring the development and implementation of learning objectives for pupils.
  • Facilitate individual or group learning, holding students to high standards while fostering a positive attitude towards education.
  • Lead, prepare, and deliver targeted intervention programmes. Adapts teaching methods based on pupil response, progression, and needs.
