Reeson Education is looking for caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant professionals to join our Candidate Pool for September 2026 opportunities across East London, with a particular focus on the borough of Waltham Forest, including Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Chingford and Highams Park.

Responsibilities Of a Learning Support Assistant
- Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant
- Support small groups of pupils as a Learning Support Assistant
- Work with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant
- Assist class teachers and SENCOs as a Learning Support Assistant
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a Learning Support Assistant
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment as a Learning Support Assistant
Requirements For a Learning Support Assistant
- Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting children with additional needs
- A caring, patient and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of behaviour support strategies
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Availability from September 2026
