Experienced Learning Support Assistant : Brent NW10

Full:Time KS1 Small Group and SEN Support

Your Role As Learning Support Assistant

  • You'll guide young learners, sometimes one:to:one, sometimes in small groups, helping them discover confidence and curiosity.
  • You'll run your own nurture group, offering a calm and caring space for SEN pupils to learn, laugh, and belong.
  • You'll stand beside teachers, shaping a classroom where every child feels safe and seen.
  • And you'll live out the schools values, fairness, compassion, and community.

Who You Are

  • You're patient, resilient, and kind.
  • You find joy in teamwork and take pride in showing up every day with purpose.
  • You have experience supporting primary:aged children (and if you hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance, even better).
  • You're someone who wants to keep learning : about others, about yourself, and about how to make a difference.
