About This Role
Chiltern Hills seeks a skilled, self-motivating, innovative, and driven individual, possibly a candidate interested in advancing their career in the field of education. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about fostering learning in children with SEN and disabilities.
This position presents an opportunity for the successful applicant to face a challenging yet gratifying role that will assist in achieving personal career objectives and ambitions, while also allowing them to significantly contribute to the Academy's progress and advancement.
Full time and part time positions available.

The Right Candidate Should
- Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance the quality of initial instruction, provide support to individuals, small groups, and entire classes as necessary.
- Deliver educational activities to students under an established supervision framework, making adjustments based on student reactions and requirements.
- Aid in students' learning process to ensure they achieve at least the expected level of progress.
- Support teachers in classrooms where students' literacy skills pose a hindrance to their advancement.
- Customize existing literacy or numeracy teaching materials to suit the specific needs of individual students or student groups.
- Demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm, energy, resilience, and perseverance.
- Embrace and embody the values and principles of Chiltern Hills Academy
