- Salary: £24,796 - £25,185 pro rata (£9,184 - £9,328 per annum)
- Hours: Part time, 16.5 hours per week, 38 weeks a year, 9am to 3 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Contract: Permanent, required as soon as possible

Springfield Junior School are seeking a talented and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly school.
Springfield Junior School is part of the Children’s Endeavour Trust which totals eight schools across Stowmarket and Ipswich. This is an exciting time to join our trust as the schools work collaboratively together to achieve excellence and improve outcomes for our children. Springfield is a popular junior school to the west of the town centre teaching children from age 7 to 11. This is a three-form entry school with strong community support, a supportive and hardworking staff team as well as friendly and welcoming children. We deliver an ambitious and rigorous curriculum through CUSP as well as being an OPAL school to develop the quality of outdoor play, achieving the gold standard. We were recently graded ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted (March 2025).

You will:
- understand how to work in a primary school setting
- understand classroom management, working under the direction of the class teacher/SENCO
- have a positive and self-driven desire to enable all pupils to be successful
- be able to model excellent communication and liaise closely with teachers
- demonstrate a good standard of mathematics and English knowledge
