- Salary: £24,796 per annum pro rata, 38 weeks per year, term time only
- Hours: 27.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 3.15pm
- Contract: Permanent, required from 14 September 2026

Fressingfield Church of England Primary is a friendly high achieving school with enthusiastic children and committed staff, who are well supported by parents and governors. We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support a child with additional needs and help them access the full curriculum. You must be able to undertake a range of routine tasks to support learning, as well as provide specific support regarding helping to aid understanding e.g. listening to reading, discussing stories, checking for understanding etc.
You should ideally have a level 2 or above TA qualification in conjunction and some experience of working with children who have additional needs. You should be willing to undertake further training to develop their skills.

The post is pupil dependent, and employment is for the duration that the child attends Fressingield Primary school.
