About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our trusted education team. This role demands experience in supporting children’s learning needs—where every LSA plays a critical part in enabling inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide small-group or individual support for pupils, aligning with our school’s inclusion philosophy.
- Work closely with children with additional needs and general class activity.
- Assist in planning and delivering differentiated learning experiences.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting children, especially those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
- Strong written and spoken verbal English and numeracy skills.
- Commitment to our school values: ready, respectful, safe.

Terms & Conditions
📅 Hours: 34 hours/week, Term-time + one week 💸 Salary: £25,185 (Accounting spread: £20,650 – £20,917 p.a.), Grade B, SCP 4 📍 Location: Rood End Road, Oldbury, B68 8SQ
