Pay Rate: GBP100 - GBP110 per day (Dependent on Experience)

This unique school caters to a wonderful group of students aged 3-19 with Moderate, Severe, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD/PMLD). No two days are the same, and the impact you make will be felt instantly.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting pupils across various age groups, tailoring your approach to their individual needs.
- Working closely with class teachers to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Being proactive in managing behaviors and assisting with sensory or physical needs.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience is desirable but NOT essential; a passion for supporting young people and the right attitude is what truly matters.
- A calm, patient nature with the ability to stay grounded under pressure.
- An adaptable and resourceful mindset; someone who can think on their feet.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness for one immediately).
