Job Description
The Ashley School Academy Trust
Address: Ashley Downs, Lowestoft NR32 4EU
Salary: £17,695-£18,260 per annum (£25,184-£25,988 per annum, pro rata)
Hours: 30.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 professional development days).
Contract: Permanent

The Ashley School is a day/residential school for pupils with complex learning needs and associated difficulties.
Due to growth, we are looking for dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our awesome team of efficient and effective staff.

Do you have a passion to:
- Work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils, some in small groups and others 1:1
- Help pupils to develop life skills and emotional regulation
- Work alongside teachers and other specialist staff to provide a whole approach to learning
- Celebrate progress in small steps?
You will need to think on your feet, as no two days are the same, and have a genuine desire and motivation to improve the lives of young people with SEND.
Enthusiasm and a commitment to raise achievement for pupils with SEND is essential.
