About the Role

Our award-winning Lease Advisory Team plays a key role in managing and optimising our extensive property portfolio, as well as supporting NHS commissioners with lease transactions and events. Recently recognised at the Commercial Property Awards 2026, the team continues to demonstrate excellence in lease management and property advisory services. As a Lease Advisory Manager, you will support the management of a portfolio of head lease and sub-lease events, ensuring they are handled effectively, professionally, and in line with business needs.

This is a varied and impactful role where you'll help shape how we manage leasehold interests across the organisation.

Who You Are

You'll bring a strong understanding of landlord and tenant law, lease interpretation, and strategic asset management. You're confident applying valuation principles to lease events and have experience negotiating rent reviews, break options, and lease renewals.

You will also bring:

  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • The ability to present recommendations and secure internal approvals
  • A passion for data accuracy and high-quality work
  • Enthusiasm, determination, and a proactive approach
  • Experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment
  • A track record of driving improvements and efficiencies

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior colleagues to explore all options when concluding lease event negotiations, minimising risk and maximising opportunities
  • Collaborate with property management and finance teams to ensure lease events are properly budgeted and managed
  • Manage and support transactions, securing the necessary internal approvals
  • Provide reporting on productivity and key performance indicators
  • Support data accuracy relating to lease events and property information
  • Apply professional best practice to all aspects of your work
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers
  • Manage budgets in line with forecasts (where appropriate)
  • Ensure compliance with governance and professional standards
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
