EV Mopeds Lease Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EV Mopeds Lease Manager to oversee and grow our electric moped leasing program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sustainable transportation. The EV Mopeds Lease Manager will be responsible for managing leasing operations, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Operations:

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process for electric mopeds, including application processing, contract preparation, and vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a database of leased vehicles and customer information.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leasing customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable leasing options.

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand the leasing program.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns and attract new customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Fleet Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and servicing of leased mopeds to ensure they remain in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate with service providers for regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of mopeds for leasing.

Reporting And Analysis:

  • Track and report on leasing activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the leasing program.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on leasing performance and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leasing, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicles, specifically mopeds, and the leasing market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
