Lease-Up Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lease-Up Marketing Manager (Real Estate) based in United Kingdom.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of real estate, digital strategy, and operational excellence. You will lead the marketing efforts behind multifamily lease-up projects, developing campaigns that accelerate occupancy growth and maximize lead generation from launch through stabilization. Working in a fully remote environment, you'll collaborate with leasing teams and cross-functional stakeholders while leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to optimize performance. This position offers the opportunity to make a measurable business impact by combining creative marketing execution with strategic planning, technology, and continuous process improvement.
Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategies for multifamily lease-up communities, driving occupancy growth throughout every stage of the property lifecycle.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to generate qualified leasing leads and improve conversion rates.
- Manage, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns while enhancing Google Business Profiles to strengthen local search visibility and attract prospective residents.
- Maintain and update WordPress property websites, landing pages, and online content to ensure accurate, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
- Coordinate apartment listing syndication across rental platforms and internet listing services (ILS) to maximize market exposure.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness and leasing inquiries.
- Build and improve automated lead nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms, incorporating AI-powered solutions to streamline marketing and leasing operations.
- Analyze campaign performance, occupancy metrics, and key marketing KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate closely with property managers, leasing teams, vendors, and external partners while supporting reporting, documentation, administrative activities, and the creation of standardized operating procedures.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing marketing initiatives for multifamily lease-up properties with a proven record of increasing occupancy through digital marketing.
- Hands-on expertise managing Google Ads campaigns, Google Business Profiles, WordPress websites, Facebook and Instagram advertising, and apartment listing syndication platforms.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation solutions such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms to develop lead nurturing and workflow automation strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies that improve marketing efficiency and leasing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance, occupancy trends, and marketing data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
- Professional-level written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 proficiency).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment while maintaining availability during CST business hours.
- Experience with multifamily property management, branding or repositioning projects, SEO, local search optimization, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, or project management tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana is considered an advantage.
