📢 Opportunity for an Experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor
Streathers Solicitors is looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Consultant Solicitor to join our highly regarded team at our Portland Place office in Central London.
This role is initially being offered as maternity cover from September 2026, with the exciting possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
We're keen to hear from established enfranchisement specialists who can bring their own practice, work autonomously, and contribute to the continued growth of our successful department.

- Minimum 5 years' PQE in leasehold enfranchisement
- Experience with lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims
- Strong client relationships and referral network
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to manage complex matters independently from instruction to completion
