Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Paralegal to join our expanding team.
This role offers:

The Opportunity
As a Paralegal, you will:
- Work closely with Directors and experienced fee earners
- Manage your own matters
- Assist on a wide range of specialist enfranchisement and landlord and tenant work

Key Responsibilities
The role includes:
- Statutory lease extensions (Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993)
- Informal and voluntary lease extensions
- Collective and individual freehold enfranchisement matters
- First-tier Tribunal applications
- Sales and purchases of freehold reversions (including Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 procedures)
- Preparation of new leases and leasehold title creation
- Deeds of variation and related title matters
- General landlord and tenant work
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, valuers, managing agents, and professionals
- Supporting marketing, articles, and business development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with firm’s risk management and file management procedures
- General administrative duties
The Candidate
We are interested in candidates with:
- Prior experience in property law (leasehold enfranchisement experience preferred but not essential)
- Ability to self-manage matters with minimal supervision
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, proactive, client-focused attitude
- Interest in long-term career development in specialist property law
- Reliability, commitment, and ownership of work responsibility
- Confidence in using:
- Case management systems
- Microsoft Office

Location: Raynes Park, London Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
