Lettings Administrator - Build to Rent

Manchester

We're partnering with an established Build to Rent operator to recruit a Lettings Administrator for one of their thriving residential communities in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in lettings, property, or customer service who enjoys delivering a first-class resident experience while supporting the full lettings process. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming community, driving occupancy, and ensuring a seamless journey for residents from their first enquiry through to move-in and beyond.

The Role

As Lettings Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day lettings operation, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping to create a vibrant resident community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing enquiries and conducting property viewings, converting prospective residents into successful lettings.
  • Coordinating the resident application process, including referencing, tenancy administration, and onboarding.
  • Providing an outstanding customer experience throughout the resident journey, building strong relationships and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Assisting with resident engagement initiatives, including organising community events and activities.
  • Keeping property listings accurate and up to date across portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and other marketing platforms.
  • Supporting the wider on-site team with inspections, property standards, compliance, and general administrative duties.
  • Working collaboratively to ensure occupancy targets and service standards are consistently achieved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
