The Role

I am working with an exciting charity social enterprise and community-led development organisation based on London's South Bank.

Established to transform the local area for the benefit of the community, it owns and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, residential developments, retail and leisure spaces, and community facilities.

They are looking for a leasing administrator to co-ordinate and support property management and event activities for seamless service delivery that helps drive sustainable commercial value and community benefit by creating high-quality environments for the benefit of all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating and documenting process flow for lease transactions (new leases, rent reviews, lease renewals) and license to occupy and license to alter.
  • Managing finance workflow associated with lease and license activity including purchase orders, invoices, and completion statements.
  • Track, co-ordinate, and communicate tenant and commercial event operational activity to assist with the smooth day-to-day function of the asset team. Communicating directly with tenants, commercial customers, and service providers to support a strong customer ethos, co-ordinated activity.
  • Manage, update, and organise asset data systems to ensure information flow between individuals and wider teams.
  • Creation, development, and streamlining of processes with the aim of delivering a best-in-class service for social enterprise operation.
  • Co-ordinate external consultants and professional providers.
  • Effective co-ordination and communication with other teams to ensure wider collaboration and integrated ways of working.
  • A culture that delivers safe working practices and high-quality environments
