About the role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for the rental of residential property across Dubai. You will work closely with clients, and other real estate agencies throughout each transaction.
This is a fast paced, client facing role where no two days are the same, ideal for individuals who are motivated, driven and looking to build a long term career.
Key responsibilities Collect property information and arrange marketing material Stay up to date with rules and regulations within the Dubai property market Attend property valuations and viewings Negotiate between landlords and tenants Manage lettings through to completion with support teams Follow up with clients after each viewing Keep up to date with market trends Generate new business through the company database and networking

What we are looking for Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential Strong written and spoken English communication skills Presentable, professional and honest approach Strong networking ability Positive attitude and willingness to work hard Fluency in a second language is a bonus Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Punctual and committed to high standards
Requirements Full UK or UAE driving licence Ability to relocate to Dubai Savings required to support initial relocation
