Leasing Associate
Leasing Associate – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours & Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Five days per week (Mon–Sat, including bank holidays)
- Shift pattern: 8am–5pm or 11am–5pm (rota basis)
About the Role
The Leasing Associate serves as the flagship representative of Get Living, driving commercial performance in the neighbourhood and maintaining optimal occupancy through exceptional customer service. The role spans the entire client journey—from initial enquiry to move-in and beyond—ensuring a seamless, high-value experience for residents and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver exemplary customer service from first enquiry through to move-in and beyond.
- Exceed sales goals for pricing, occupancy, and revenue, contributing to team quotas.
- Qualify enquiries and match client needs with available properties.
Leasing & Negotiations
- Oversee new moves, home upgrades, home transfers, and renewals for current residents and applicants.
- Conduct property tours with prospective clients, articulating Get Living’s value proposition.
- Accurately represent homes on Get Living’s website and Rightmove.

Operations & Compliance
- Manage diary appointments, tours, and CRM software effectively.
- Monitor property listings online to ensure availability is accurately tracked.
- Process documentation efficiently for handover to the Customer Hub team.
Compliance & Development
- Ensure all tasks comply with relevant legislation.
- Participate in resident events and company-wide initiatives.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities to maintain knowledge.
Performance & Leadership
- Drive personal and team success by setting and achieving goals.
- Foster collaborative relationships across neighbourhoods and central teams.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in customer service and residential leasing/lettings.
- Knowledge of the sales cycle.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Desirable
- Build-to-rent (BTR) experience.
