We’re now seeking Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing team.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Sell and lease luxury residential and commercial properties
- Generate and convert high-net-worth client leads
- Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction
- Stay updated on market trends and maintain strong industry knowledge

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment, such as:
- Real estate
- Car sales
- Recruitment
- High-end services like cabin crew or luxury retail
(Alternative:* Direct experience in a high-performance business or customer-facing role)*
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Hold a valid driving license
- A proactive, can-do attitude—you thrive on challenges and taking initiative
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining resilience
- Passion for delivering results and building long-term client relationships
