We are now looking for Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing team, where you’ll collaborate with industry experts and drive success together.
Responsibilities
You’ll be part of a dynamic team with a track record of excellence, working alongside top professionals to:
- Closely serve clients, advising them on property options and facilitating transactions
- Assist with open houses, viewings, and client consultations
- Generate and close quality sales and lease deals
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and client partnership teams
- Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business

Requirements
To thrive at Betterhomes, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a competitive environment, such as:
- Real estate, car sales, or recruitment OR
- A high-end service industry, like cabin crew or luxury retail
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- A valid driving license
- A proactive, can-do attitude—ready to take initiative and think on your feet
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet supportive work environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience and a passion for delivering results while building lasting client relationships
