Summary:

Joining the Leasing team, you will take ownership of leasing and marketing all vacant space across the Praxis shopping centre portfolio. You will work in close partnership with the Asset Management team to drive performance, delivering against key business objectives and KPIs on time and within budget.

Location Base: London - Onsite 5 days per week with travel
Travel: Nationwide

Main Duties

  • Principle focus to lease all vacant retail accommodation by targeting specific operators, sectors, and uses.
  • Responsible for efficiently responding to the daily inbound enquiries for 16 shopping centre locations.
  • Conducting on-site inspections and accompanied viewings across the portfolio.
  • Responsible for direct negotiation with prospective tenants from initial enquiry through to deal completion.
  • Assist with producing marketing material and devising targeted marketing campaigns across all recommended platforms.
  • Prepare detailed offer proposals and negotiate full Heads of Terms.
  • Offer a high level of customer service as the public face of the business.
  • Develop relationships with existing tenants to maximise their requirements across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • RICS membership (or working towards) preferred
  • Degree educated in a relevant field (e.g. Real Estate, Property, Sales, or Marketing)
  • Proven experience within property agency and/or a sales-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level or above)
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a positive and energetic approach
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required
