If you’re an experienced hands-on, commercially driven Leasing Manager who thrives on performance and wants real progression, this is one to look at.
This Leasing Manager position is working for a fast-growing property investment business with a strong reputation, ambitious growth plans, and a clear commitment to developing its people. This is your chance to step into something with real substance.
You won’t be maintaining, you’ll be taking control, raising standards and building something properly. You’ll be leading a Leasing Manager function across a multi site portfolio, for a business that sits right at the intersection of investment, development and lettings who has a solid lettings portfolio and more in the pipeline this year and next.
The Package
- £35,000 (DOE) with OTE £50,000
- Mon – Thurs 09:00 to 17:30 Fri 09:00 to 17:00, First Friday of every month early finish 09:00 – 13:00
- 23 days holidays plus BH, increases due to length of service up to maximum 30 days plus BH.
- Pension 5% employee and 3% employer

The Leasing Manager Role
- Oversee the full leasing cycle, from driving listings to enquiries, through to finishing deals
- Manage and communicate effectively with multiple clients at once
- Build and maintain Landlord relationships
- Manage and oversee a team of 3 Leasing Negotiators and 1 Tenancy Progressor
- Set KPIs, improve conversion, raise standards
- Set the tone daily to bring structure, pace, and accountability
- Real autonomy
- Ensure every enquiry is worked properly and followed through

The Person
- Proven leasing manager experience (2+ years essential)
- Has strong leadership ability
- Confident with language and the ability to deal directly with Landlords
- Excellent communicator with landlords, investors and internal teams
- Strong negation, sales and customer service skills dealing with multiple landlords (not just BTR/compliance)
- Team player who leads and coaches from the front
- Commercial, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Can spot issues quickly and fix them without haste
- ARLA Propertymark qualification or working towards (desirable)
- Full UK Driving licence and access to own car (preferred)
