Job Title: Leasing Sales Manager
Location: North Leeds
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE, plus uncapped commission
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

Our client has recently launched a dedicated vehicle leasing division as part of their highly successful and established group. Backed by a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking an experienced Leasing Sales Manager to drive business development, grow their customer portfolio and play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of the division.

About The Role

Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Leasing Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of their vehicle leasing division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys opening doors, winning new business and building long-lasting client relationships.
- You'll be given the autonomy to develop the division, using your industry contacts to generate new opportunities while identifying and securing new customers.
- You'll take full ownership of your sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation, conversion and ongoing account management, becoming the trusted face of the leasing division.
- As your client portfolio grows, you'll focus on strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities across a range of markets and industry sectors.
- Leverage existing networks and industry relationships to build and expand a strong customer base.
- Identify, engage and convert new prospects into long-term vehicle leasing clients.
- Build trusted customer relationships by delivering tailored vehicle leasing solutions that meet individual business needs.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service, customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and aftersales support.
- Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions and industry meetings to enhance brand awareness and identify new business opportunities.
- Play a key role in the continued growth of the leasing division, with opportunities to contribute to future team development and recruitment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven success in a business development or sales role within the vehicle leasing, fleet management or automotive industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle leasing products, funding solutions and lease agreements.
- An established network of industry contacts, with the ability to leverage relationships to generate new business, would be highly advantageous.
- A proven track record of securing new business and developing long-term, profitable customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially minded, self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a genuine passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems and vehicle leasing software to effectively manage sales activity and customer relationships.
- Ambitious and driven, with the desire to play a key role in the growth of the business and progress into a senior leadership position.
