Leather Specialist

Retail Associates & Product Experts – Leather Specialist & Commerce Curator

Currently Seeking

Seasoned Retail Associates and Product Experts to digitize their careers and provide live shopping experiences online. Access the best luxury brands across all categories, retain your existing client book, and scale your personal shopping business online.


Position: Leather Specialist

The ideal candidate has:

  • Professional knowledge of leather, exotics, and shearlings, including understanding the tanning and manufacturing process
  • Extensive physical store sales experience, particularly in luxury retail
  • Strong customer service skills to curate a unique, high-end shopping experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide live, top-tier customer service for category-specific premium brands
  • Develop your own client base while accessing Luxlock’s clienteling platform
  • Attend vendor training and clienteling development programs to support career digitization
  • Work flexible hours anywhere, retaining and growing your client book

Commerce Curator (General Retail Expertise Welcome)

Professional Product Experts can transition to online curation by:

  • Representing some of the world’s best designer brands
  • Working remotely from home and setting their own schedule
  • Offering live shop recommendations based on personal expertise

Required Skills:

  • Strong retail sales background, preferably in luxury or fashion
  • Textile literacy for fashion industry knowledge
  • Deep familiarity with designer brands
  • Exceptional clienteling and customer experience

Key Responsibilities for Both Roles

  • Implement strict customer service standards
  • No technical expertise required—our software is intuitive

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new collections, and market trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior retail sales experience (preferred for immediate placement)
