Role Description
We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled, creative and industry-experienced Floristry Lecturer to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of qualifications from Level 1 through to Level 3/4, inspiring learners to develop both their technical skills and entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Bring a wealth of commercial floristry experience and a strong awareness of current trends and innovations within the industry.
- Be passionate about their craft and committed to nurturing the next generation of florists, equipping learners with the skills, creativity and business acumen required to succeed in a competitive market.
- Provide effective pastoral support and contribute to high-quality wraparound care, ensuring learners feel safe, supported and valued throughout their learning journey.
- Promote learners’ wellbeing, resilience and positive attitudes to learning, responding appropriately to individual needs and signposting to additional support where required.
- Create an inclusive environment that supports attendance, engagement and personal development, enabling learners to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
- Be an engaging and motivational educator who can both challenge and support learners to achieve their full potential, encouraging creative thinking while developing high professional standards.
