We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable T Level Accounting Lecturer to join our teaching team and help develop the next generation of industry-ready professionals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about high-quality teaching, curriculum development and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.

As part of our Accounting and Business department, you will deliver engaging lessons, provide pastoral support as a Personal Tutor, and contribute to the ongoing development and quality assurance of our T Level programmes. You will also play a key role in assessment, course leadership, and maintaining strong links with employers to support industry placements.

Duties

  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across the T Level Accounting curriculum
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to learners, acting as a Personal Tutor
  • Plan, prepare and mark assignments, ensuring timely and constructive feedback
  • Lead or contribute to course coordination, quality monitoring and curriculum review
  • Support employer engagement and industry placement activity
  • Participate in open events, school liaison and wider college activities
  • Maintain professional competence through ongoing development and training
