We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time HND Business Lecturer to join our academic team at our London campus.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will deliver Pearson BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) Business programmes at Level 4 and Level 5, creating engaging learning experiences that inspire students and support academic success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across HND Business Level 4 and Level 5 modules.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment resources.
  • Assess student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging, and learner-centred classroom environment.
  • Maintain accurate academic records and comply with quality assurance requirements.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall student experience.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline (essential).
  • PhD is preferred.
  • Previous experience teaching in Higher Education, ideally delivering Pearson HND Business Level 4 and Level 5 programmes.
  • Excellent knowledge of business subjects and current industry practices.
  • Strong teaching, assessment, and classroom management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good organisational skills and confidence using digital learning technologies.
