We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time HND Business Lecturer to join our academic team at our London campus.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will deliver Pearson BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) Business programmes at Level 4 and Level 5, creating engaging learning experiences that inspire students and support academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across HND Business Level 4 and Level 5 modules.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment resources.
- Assess student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and learner-centred classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate academic records and comply with quality assurance requirements.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall student experience.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline (essential).
- PhD is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching in Higher Education, ideally delivering Pearson HND Business Level 4 and Level 5 programmes.
- Excellent knowledge of business subjects and current industry practices.
- Strong teaching, assessment, and classroom management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Good organisational skills and confidence using digital learning technologies.

Important Information
- Full-time, on-site position based in London.
- Visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.
