Lecturer, Beauty, Thurrock Campus
Full Time
We are looking for a passionate Beauty Lecturer, to join our exciting Services Industries team at Thurrock Campus.
Responsibilities
- To deliver practical and theory Beauty sessions for levels 1-3 or above that are high quality and engaging.
- To carry out valid assessments of both practical and theoretical aspects.
- To provide constructive developmental feedback to learners to support achievement.
- To maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
- To promote high levels of health and safety in salons ensuring that students are industry ready.
- Must keep up to date with industry trends and teaching practices.
- To participate in internal verification processes.

Requirements
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be passionate about industry and training the next generation of technicians.
- Must have beauty qualifications level 3 or preferably higher.
- Assessor qualification would be an advantage.
- Desired candidate will have a full teaching qualification.
