JOB TITLE: LECTURER - BRICKWORK/ GROUNDWORK

Don’t have a teaching qualification? It doesn’t matter. We will support you to achieve this through mentorship and support with our in-house teacher training team.

The work we do in Construction is essential in supporting local businesses. We work with a huge range of companies to make sure our qualifications and curriculum offer meet the industry’s needs. We cover brickwork, groundworks and carpentry. We have a first-class track record of working with employers on successful apprenticeship programmes.

We have great facilities on site but are always looking to make improvements to ensure our staff and students have the best possible learning environments. Our staff are welcoming, supportive and have a great sense of humour. We work tirelessly to give all our students the best opportunity to succeed, whether that is taking the first step on to the employment ladder or moving into more senior positions. Whilst it is hard work, it is hugely rewarding, and the next smile is never far away.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
