Lecturer – Computing

Part Time, Fixed Term until June 2027

23 Hours per week (0.65FTE)

£41,833 - £50,359 per annum, pro rata

UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Computing to join our team. Previous experience in a learning and teaching environment would be advantageous, however training and development support will be provided.

  • Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Computing

There may also be a requirement to teach on other programmes within the curriculum area. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate may be required to provide pastoral support to students and undertake relevant continuing professional development activities.

The successful candidate will be educated to at least degree level in a Computing-related discipline and will have a passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
