Role: Lecturer - Health and Social Care
Hours: 35 hours. Permanent Full Time
Salary: £35,019 - £49,767 per annum
Location: Altrincham

The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join the team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential for successful futures.
The Role
We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic teaching team who is passionate about shaping the next generation of health and care professionals. You will deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of qualifications including NCFE CACHE, and T Level Health.
You will contribute to curriculum development, support learners through their academic journey, and bring real-world insight into the classroom. Whether delivering lessons on safeguarding, communication in care, or the science behind health interventions, your expertise will help students connect theory to practice.

You are an experienced qualified teacher or industry expert who is willing to complete a recognised teaching qualification. You are or would be confident delivering all levels of learners.
You are a reflective practitioner who values collaboration and continuous improvement. Your ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging learning experiences sets you apart.

All employees, including senior managers, will normally be appointed to the minimum point of the pay grade for the job. In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the Director of HR & Performance due to the candidate’s current salary, experience, or qualifications.
