- Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
- Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year, pro rata (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

What We Offer
- Salary:
- Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
- Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year, pro rata (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
- Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You'll Do
- Teach and assess learners across a range of Automotive programmes, from entry level to Level 3
- Deliver engaging, practical workshop and classroom-based sessions
- Support learners in developing technical competence, confidence, and employability skills
- Use industry-relevant equipment and real-world examples to bring learning to life
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and learner wellbeing
- Track learner progress, assess practical and theoretical work, and provide constructive feedback
What You'll Bring
- A relevant Automotive qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Strong industry knowledge across vehicle maintenance and repair
- Experience working in the automotive industry and/or supporting learners or apprentices
- A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
- A teaching qualification is welcomed but if you don't yet have one, we'll support you to gain it while you work
