You will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of modules, using creative and engaging approaches to bring your subject to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding teaching and learning in scheduled classes
- Prepare engaging lesson plans, resources, and digital content
- Design assessments and provide timely feedback
- Support and track student progress, ensuring all learners thrive
- Contribute to curriculum development and course reviews
- Participate in internal meetings, quality processes, and CPD
- Maintain accurate records and meet administrative deadlines
- Model the College’s FREDIE+ values in all interactions
- Support wider college activities, including open days, enrolment, and exams
You may occasionally take part in cross-college projects in line with our strategic goals.
Safeguarding & Student Support
Creating a safe, inclusive environment for learners is a key part of this role. You will work closely with our Safeguarding Team and ensure any concerns are shared promptly and appropriately.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of £32,098 – £39,551 per annum, based on the skills, knowledge, and experience you bring to the role. Please note the salary will be pro rata to reflect the hours worked.
