We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Lecturer to join our Business & Accounting department. This role is ideal for someone who can bring business concepts to life and inspire learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for future careers. Through teaching that reflects current business practice and real-world insight, you will help students understand how business operates beyond the classroom and prepare them for progression into employment, apprenticeships, higher education, or further study.

As a Lecturer in Business, you will play an important role in developing the knowledge, skills, and aspirations of learners, helping them progress confidently into higher education, apprenticeships, and careers within the business sector.
The Role
You will:
- Teach and deliver high-quality learning across Business programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including T Levels.
- Plan engaging lessons that connect theory with real-world business practice.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Develop teaching materials and resources that support inclusive and effective learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, and curriculum development.
- Support students’ personal and academic development to help them reach their full potential.

Salary: £27,980 – £44,835 per annum
